Tell us what you’re building.
Share the project: the system you have, the outcome you need and the constraints around it. An AI-native engineer reads it and comes back with questions and a concrete path forward, in writing.

Your message lands
The form and info@odeontech.com reach the same inbox, read by people who run engagements — not a ticket queue. A sentence is enough to start; a paragraph on architecture and goals is better.
We reply
Within one business day you hear back from a named person with two or three call slots and, if it helps, a couple of questions so the call starts warm.
Discovery call
Thirty minutes, AI-native engineer plus engagement lead. We map the problem, the existing estate and the decision you are trying to make. If a product is the better fit, the call becomes a working demo on your scenario.
Written follow-up
A short document: what we heard, a recommended model, indicative shape and scale of the work, and open questions. Nothing is priced that has not been understood.
Scoping or discovery
Defined work moves to a proposal. Undefined work usually starts with a short discovery, whose length and output are agreed with you.
Thirty minutes, then a note in writing.
The first call
The first call is thirty minutes with an AI-native engineer and an engagement lead. There is no deck. We ask about the system you have, the outcome you need and the constraints around both — procurement, security, data residency, deadlines. Most of the half hour is us listening and asking questions; the rest is an honest first read on whether we are the right people for it.
The written follow-up
After the call you get a written follow-up: what we heard, the shape of the work as we see it, the engagement model we would recommend and why, and the next concrete step. That note is yours to keep whether or not you go further with us.
If we are not the right fit
If your sector is new to us, we say so and plan a short discovery to learn it. If the work itself is outside what we do, we tell you in the first call.
What helps us help you.
The system as it is
A sketch of the current architecture, however rough — the boxes, the integrations, and which parts hurt.
The outcome, in business terms
Not “a new platform” but the number that has to move: churn, cycle time, empty miles, release cadence.
The constraints
Procurement rules, security requirements, data residency, existing vendors, and any date that cannot slip.
Who decides
The people who will sign off, and what evidence they will need to do it.
What has been tried
Previous attempts, internal or external, and why they stalled. It saves us proposing something you have already ruled out.
A preferred way of working
If you already know you want a dedicated team, augmentation, a fixed-scope project or a licence, say so — we will tell you if we agree.
Frequently asked questions
The right door for the request.
A new build, team or modernisation
Use the form or write to info@odeontech.com. Pick the option that is closest; we sort out the model together on the call. See engagement models for how the four ways of buying differ.
A product demo
Choose “Product demo” in the form and name the platform: Loyalty & Retention, Sales Performance, Order & Supply Management or Workflow & Procurement. Demos are run by an engineer who operates the platform, on a scenario close to yours.
