Engineering practice is non-negotiable
Testing, observability, security review and infrastructure-as-code are not optional add-ons. Engagements that skip them produce predictable problems — so we don’t skip them.
Discovery before delivery
Every substantial engagement starts with a paid, time-boxed discovery ending in an architecture sketch and a ranged roadmap. We do not quote without it.
Honest about model fit
Some work is right for fixed-price, some for a dedicated team, some for augmentation. We will tell you which we believe fits — including when the answer is cheaper for you and worse for us.
