The Site and who runs it
These Terms apply to odeontech.com, lite.odeontech.com and their pages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Odeon Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Odeontech”), headquartered at Kolektif House, Barbaros Mah. Begonya Sok. No: 1/2, 34746 Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. Our hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
“Content” means the text, images, diagrams, code samples and design of the Site. “Products” means Loyalty & Retention, Sales Performance, Order & Supply Management and Workflow & Procurement.
About these Terms
These Terms set out the rules for using the Site. Please read them before using it.
Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or creates a contract; the parties are bound only by a signed agreement. Commercial engagements, product subscriptions, pilots and support are governed by those agreements, which prevail over these Terms on their subject matter.
How we process personal data is explained in our notices: the Privacy Policy, the KVKK notice, the job applicant notice and the Cookie Policy. They inform you and are not contract terms. Using the Site is not consent to cookies or to any processing of personal data; where consent is needed, we ask for it separately.
Using the Site
You may browse the Site, read and share the Content for lawful purposes, and use the contact, Engagement Models, Lite and careers forms. The forms are for genuine enquiries and applications, and must not be used for unsolicited marketing, automated traffic or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The Content and the design of the Site belong to Odeontech or its licensors and are protected by law. ObelusLabs and Odeontech are signs used by Odeontech. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used to describe compatibility or the technologies we work with. Client names and logos indicate a client relationship; the rights in them belong to their owners.
You may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not reproduce the Content in bulk, publish it as your own, or use our signs in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation. Code samples are illustrative; you reuse them at your own risk.
Acceptable use
When using the Site you must not:
- disrupt, overload or degrade the Site, its hosting or a connected service;
- probe, scan or test the Site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities without written permission;
- collect Content or personal data at abusive volumes;
- get around an access control, rate limit or security header;
- misrepresent a connection with Odeontech, its people or its Products;
- introduce malware or submit unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- republish substantial parts of the Content as your own, including through automated systems.
To report a vulnerability, write to info@odeontech.com. This reporting route does not authorise testing. We may restrict access for anyone who breaches this section and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. The providers we use to run the Site are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Content
The Content is general information about Odeontech, its services and its Products. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice. Screens, tables and figures on product and industry pages are samples: they do not come from a real customer and are not measured results. Product capabilities and roadmap statements describe our current intent and may change.
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, up to date or free of interruptions.
Liability
The Site is a free information site. Except for intent, gross negligence and any other case where liability cannot lawfully be limited, Odeontech is not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the courts and enforcement offices that have jurisdiction under procedural law. Consumers keep their legal rights, including the right to sue in the place where they live. If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms for the future. Each version is published on this page with its date, applies to use after publication and has no retroactive effect.
Language
These Terms are published in Turkish and English. If the versions differ, the Turkish text prevails.
