Four ways to work together.
A dedicated team, staff augmentation, time and materials or a turnkey project. Any of them can also run forward deployed, with engineers on site next to your operators. Below: which one fits when.
Ongoing product development
Filling capability gaps fast
Evolving scope and exploratory work
Well-defined builds
Model by model.
The commercial model and how close the team works to your operators are two separate choices.
Six questions. A clear recommendation.
Answer as much as you know. The list re-ranks as you go, and you can send the result to an engineer with your notes already filled in.

- Who leads
- How it starts
Why:
Your scope is still forming, so we would suggest starting with a short paid discovery that ends with a roadmap and cost ranges.

- Dedicated team
- Staff augmentation

Discovery call
Thirty minutes with an AI-native engineer, not a salesperson. We ask about the work, who directs it and what has already been tried — and say in the call which model we would recommend, and why.
Written proposal
We reply within one business day, and the proposal follows as a short document: the model, the shape of the team or the scope, the commercial terms and the first milestone. If the honest answer is a short discovery before anything bigger, the proposal says so.
Start
Augmentation starts once you approve the profiles; a dedicated team starts once you approve the team and plans its first sprint together with you; a turnkey project opens with its discovery workshop.
Steer and convert
Weekly written status in every model. Conversions between models happen as needs clarify — usually with the same people — and are reviewed at the monthly steering that every rolling engagement carries.
